Dev coordination — first public sync

The first public development meeting for the Extended Matrix codebase. Modelled after the blender.org module meetings — open by default, notes-first, decisions visible.

Why public? As more people start contributing (in particular with AI-assisted “vibe coding”), it is critical that direction is set collaboratively before parallel forks start diverging. Decisions should travel with their reasoning, not just with their commit.

Standing agenda
